Books to Go, eLibrary, and Virtual Story Time are available and we are looking into other ways to continue to service the community. Mindfulness & Meditation Four-Week Series: Starts August 7

Week One: Body Scan Become more aware of our physiological responses so that we notice our signals and intuition earlier.

Week Two: Just Like Me and Lovingkindness Train the skillset of empathy, which is very helpful during disagreements or conflict.

Week Three: Mindful Breathing Create more spaciousness in our busy lives and learn to consciously respond to situations instead of instinctively reacting.

Week Four: Resilience Shift from the existential to the experiential helps build self-compassion and resilience in difficult situations.
