Ruled by Venus is a Southern California musical collective formed and led by violinist Emily Moore and singer/songwriter Simon Petty.
Their brand of fiddle-based Irish folk highlights traditional Celtic music, including the jigs and reels that make Irish music so fun and exciting.
Simon’s music is steeped in the strong traditions of his Northern English upbringing, and Emily’s Scottish heritage is evident in her fiddling expertise.
