For the third year, the Lincoln Memorial Shrine will participate in SoCal Museums’ Museums Free-for-All event on Saturday, February 22. An affiliate of SoCal Museums since 2022, the Shrine will once again be one of over two dozen museums and cultural centers to take part in the initiative to welcome audiences to celebrate arts and culture in Southern California.
“For more than twenty years, SoCal Museums members have come together annually to collectively open our doors and welcome the public,” says Cristian Hamilton, President of SoCal Museums and Vice President of Advancement, Autry Museum of the American West. “We believe arts and culture should be accessible to everyone, and Museums Free-for-All has become a community touchstone. The day encourages visitors to try something new, return to an old favorite, and experience the extraordinary diversity of free cultural experiences unique to Southern California.”

The Lincoln Memorial Shrine is located at 125 W. Vine Street, directly south of A.K. Smiley Public Library. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Sunday, 1-5pm. No admission charged, but donations are always appreciated. Visit News & Events at www.lincolnshrine.org.
