Established in 1894, A.K. Smiley Public Library has served generations of patrons in the City of Redlands and beyond. The only “admission fee” is curiosity. Lifelong learning is at the center of activity in the beautiful, historic building and attractive grounds!

Teens’ Summer Reading Program at A.K. Smiley Public Library – “All Together Now”

Teens! Don’t swelter at home alone this summer…come to the library where we have a series of cool “All Together Now” teen events awaiting you (like a book club, teen test kitchen cookie-making workshop, teen-makers open hours, and more!). And if you feel like surrounding yourself in books all summer, perfect! Join our “All Together Now” summer reading challenge where you’ll have the chance to win excellent prizes based on the number of minutes you read. Pick up a reading log from the Young Readers’ Room starting June 22nd.
And if your stomach is growling, visit the library between June 22nd and August 3rd on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. Free lunch will be provided by Redlands Unified School district in Smiley Park (the grassy area south of the library)!
